[Software] SkypeOut sempre più vicino

Con la nuova release di Skype, la Beta 0.98.0.28 troviamo alcune importanti novità, tra cui il programma di installazione in italiano, ma soprattutto alcuni passi avanti verso SkypeOut, ovvero la possibilità di chiamare dei numeri telefonici tradizionali.
Ecco l'elenco delle novità (e dei bugfix):
